Novara House
Novara House was a unique family collaboration, with the clients’ mother bringing her expertise as the interior designer and brother leading the architectural design. Together, the family transformed an unworkable existing floor plan into a considered and highly personalised forever home in Bellevue Hill.
Working closely with the family throughout the renovation, Telgrit brought together a refined palette of contemporary and classic finishes, with exceptional attention to detail throughout. Striking marble, a bold green kitchen, chevron flooring and detailed wainscotting sit alongside the sculptural concrete spiral staircase, creating a home that is both distinctive and enduring.
The result is a sophisticated family home where strong architectural elements are balanced with timeless detailing and considered material choices. Every space has been thoughtfully reworked to suit the way the family lives, creating a home that is as functional as it is striking — and one designed to evolve with them for years to come.
Bowral
This renovation was a true collaboration between Studio AC & Co, Lara Shein Designs and Telgrit, working closely together throughout every stage of the project to deliver a light-filled weekender designed for the whole extended family to enjoy.
With a strong focus on craftsmanship and an exceptional level of detail throughout, every element of the home was carefully considered and meticulously executed. Our close collaboration with the architects and design team allowed the vision for the home to be carried through from the initial concept to the finished spaces, with thoughtful detailing and quality construction at every turn.
The result is a warm, considered and highly refined family home that balances the relaxed character of a country weekender with a level of finish befitting a forever home. Most importantly, it is a home the owners are thrilled with — and one that will be enjoyed by generations of their extended family for years to come.
